Farm History
- Dimitris’s great-grandfather was the first owner of the farm.
- Dimitris is now the fourth generation taking care of the farm.
- In 2000, Dimitris and his mother started the transition to organic farming.
- In 2004, it was one of the first certified organic farmers in Crete.
- In 2020, Dimitris decided to transition to permaculture and then gradually to regenerative agriculture.
