Become a Leader in Regenerative Agronomy

A 6-months intensive training program designed to equip agronomists with practical and theoretical knowledge in regenerative agriculture. This program is co-created with and supported by the Datamars Sustainability Foundation.

Voices from the First Cohort

Hear directly from the pioneers who experienced our very first regenerative agronomy training.

"Hi there and greetings from Italy. Today I changed teams and had my first day in the vegetable garden. Yago is a I would say soil 1st gardener and so knowledgeable, today was for me an incredible input. One of his statements today was for him farming and the way he does it, it is a form of activism – I loved that."
Anne Hugger
"It is possible to work with regenerative agriculture, there are serious examples out there of people really committed to regenerative agriculture, it has the power to inspire communities."
Daniele Splendore
"I'm incredibly thankful for the insights, trust and friendship I gained from the first day on at Planton Farm. I couldn't have asked for a greater training farm to start with, and I can recommend following this experience to everyone who is truly interested in regeneration through livestock."
Julian Kuntzsch
"First and foremost, I'd want to express how thankful I am for the host farmer and his family for welcoming me into their home and dedicating so much time to my learning, integrating me in their everyday life, and always being open to answer my questions at any given time! Their patience, good humour, and kindness really stood out, and I appreciated that a lot."
Diego Varona
"I love the focus on practical experience. This makes this program easily the best one I have ever taken, by far."
Mathis Van Renterghem

Bridging Knowledge & Practice in Regenerative Agriculture

Here are some of the leading European regen farms where you will kick off your training with a 1-month stay. Each student will be carefully matched with two farms through a dedicated interview process, ensuring the best fit for both the farmer and the student’s learning journey.

Learn from the Best in Regenerative Agronomy

These are the experienced regenerative agronomists who will share their knowledge with participants online. You will also meet some of them in the field.

In addition to the farm visits and the Input from our Lead Agronomists, participants will be engaged in 20-30 hours of self-study per week during the second part of the program.

For that purpose, they will get access to the Climate Farmers Knowledge Database. We also believe in the power of data and have partnered up with our friends at Soilmentor, a simple monitoring tool for agronomists and farmers. Each student will get access to the app, and all students will be able to compare their progress on the different transition farms. Founder Abbie Rose will also host a session on this in the second part of the program.

Apply to Join the Training Program

Our 2025/2026 Regenerative Agronomy Training is currently underway, and we are now opening applications for the next season, starting in August 2026.

Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis, in collaboration with our training farms, to ensure the best fit between participants and farms. Applying early gives you the best chance to secure your spot.

Be part of the next cohort shaping regenerative agriculture.

Want to transition to regen ag and receive a free transition plan from our young agronomists in training?

What would this mean?

At the end of their program, our young agronomists in training would come for 2 months to your farm, to work with you and to develop a transition plan for your farm together with you.

This transition plan will be their graduation piece and it will be assess by one of the Training farms and by one of the leading agronomists from the program.

The plan is for free and we will also do the Climate Farmers Baseline measurement at your farm at the beginning of the program as well as in the next three years after the program, to measure the regeneration that is taking place on your farm.

We will also create a page on the Climate Farmers website for you where we will upload your progress, so that you can sell your produce as certified regenerative.

The reward for this plan will be warm housing and meals for the agronomists during his two-month stay with you; no payments involved. We also ask that you are committed to the regen ag transition and that you will implement the proposed plan as much as possible. Climate Farmers will of course support you in this implementation as much as possible through our farmer community.
