Become a Leader in Regenerative Agronomy
A 6-months intensive training program designed to equip agronomists with practical and theoretical knowledge in regenerative agriculture. This program is co-created with and supported by the Datamars Sustainability Foundation.
Participants will first spend two times 1 month on some of the leading regenerative farms in Europe.
— stay on farm (costs covered)
Then they will spend two months learning from the leading global regen ag agronomists and also accompany some of them on consultations to learn firsthand
— own accommodation / home
The final graduation project involves developing a regenerative transition plan for a conventional farm.
— stay on farm (costs covered)
Bridging Knowledge & Practice in Regenerative Agriculture
Here are some of the leading European regen farms where you will kick off your training with a 1-month stay. Each student will be carefully matched with two farms through a dedicated interview process, ensuring the best fit for both the farmer and the student’s learning journey.

In addition to the farm visits and the Input from our Lead Agronomists, participants will be engaged in 20-30 hours of self-study per week during the second part of the program.
For that purpose, they will get access to the Climate Farmers Knowledge Database, the Kiss the Ground – Regenerative Agriculture Essentials course, and the Investing in Regenerative Agriculture course – Your Path Forward in Regenerative Food and Agriculture.

This Regenerative Agronomy Training is a pilot program, and we have only 10 spots available. Due to expected high interest, we cannot accept all applicants. We review applications on a rolling basis, so the earlier you apply, the better your chances. Selection will be made in collaboration with the training farms, ensuring the best match between participants and farms.
Want to transition to regen ag and receive a free transition plan from our young agronomists in training?
What would this mean?
At the end of their program, our young agronomists in training would come for 2 months to your farm, to work with you and to develop a transition plan for your farm together with you.
This transition plan will be their graduation piece and it will be assess by one of the Training farms and by one of the leading agronomists from the program.
The plan is for free and we will also do the Climate Farmers Baseline measurement at your farm at the beginning of the program as well as in the next three years after the program, to measure the regeneration that is taking place on your farm.
We will also create a page on the Climate Farmers website for you where we will upload your progress, so that you can sell your produce as certified regenerative.
The reward for this plan will be warm housing and meals for the agronomists during his two-month stay with you; no payments involved. We also ask that you are committed to the regen ag transition and that you will implement the proposed plan as much as possible. Climate Farmers will of course support you in this implementation as much as possible through our farmer community.
