Why did you start Climate Farmers?
“I realised I couldn’t look in the mirror if I didn’t do everything in my power to mitigate the climate crisis and I believe regenerative agriculture is the best tool available to do this. On top of that, it’s a chance to reconnect humans with ecosystems and it allows me to work with regenerative farmers, some of my favourite people on this planet.”

What made you choose your current career path?
“I’ve always been the person in the background that holds everything together. It felt natural to take on this role in an organisational context as well. With growing climate worries, I realised I needed to join an organisation that works with the necessary urgency to adapt to the climate, nature, and biodiversity crisis.”

“Working in regenerative agriculture was the result of a gradual process that began with a love of nature and a passion for everything about food. For me, nothing has a greater impact on the environment and who we are as a society than the way we treat the land and the people that work on it.”
