Project Description
KIARA strengthens advisory systems for regenerative agriculture in small and medium-sized farms across Ukraine, Poland, and Slovakia.
The project develops a combined training and on-farm experimentation package for young agricultural advisors (under 40), helping bridge key knowledge gaps identified in other EIT Food programmes.
The core goal: train 360 young agronomists to guide farmers in their transition to regenerative practices. The programme includes:
-
Three EIT Food-accredited online training courses on regenerative agriculture, educational techniques, and Visual Problem Appraisal (VPA)
-
Farmer Field Schools and Field Days to demonstrate tools and practices in real farm contexts
Training outcomes are integrated into EIT Food learning platforms to ensure long-term impact and scalability.
Our project activities
